Manufacturing the placebo effect

In the context of modern medicine, placebo effect is a troublesome and controversial phrase. this paper, I use investigative ordinary language philosophy to try get clear on what it means. so doing, uncover three points. (i) The makes sense in research but not clinical practice. (ii) To make phrase practice, we must manufacture situation which can change linguistic habits. (iii) Such action necessary because practice do better with other, more settled words phrases.
